Number of pens, box stalls, (horse capacity) for events:
We have 77 box stalls, nine of which are on the outside of one of the barns but are covered by a roof
Number and kind of pens for other livestock:
we have four - 100X50 water pens, and two 50X50 water pens with windbreaks. These pens are available for rent by individuals who have committed to an arena rent. For example - a group wants to practice team roping and has the facility booked Monday evenings, then these pens are available to them to keep their practice cattle on site. These pens are used for horse boarding only on an event need basis.
Number of seasonal pens/stalls available to rent:
Our stalls are all available on a year round basis for horse boarding. A turn out pen is provided with the stall rental as available. We have 16 turn out pens.
Seating capacity:
We have eight sets of bleachers (5 are in the building at all times) which seat approximately 40-45 people.
Concession availability:
The Silver Sage operates the concession and will be open during all events.
Gallery seating:
The second floor mezzanine is the best seats in the house to watch all the events in the arena, mostly standing room only, but can hold up to 200 people . On the second floor we also have a lounge service which is open during most events.
Downstairs we have a bar facility that can be used by renters for things such as weddings, dances, etc. There is two coolers and running water in this room.
